TACK SIZING:
Our loop reins come in sizes 6-14ft. Most riding disciplines, whether English or Western, will use 9 ft reins as standard horse size. However, the demands of some sports may require your reins to be longer or shorter than average. Many Western riders want their reins on the longer end.
Our recommendation:
6ft: minis
7 ft: medium ponies
8 ft: large ponies and cob types
9 ft: standard horse
10ft: standard horse
11ft: warmblood
12ft+: very large horses, drafts, riders who like a lot of rein
